Citycom is quite a complex, yet at the same time a very simple product.
Georgia's first digital space for neighborhoods
In Citycom's digital space, neighbors can transparently collect and allocate shared neighborhood funds for common purposes, right from their smartphones.
The monthly membership fee is calculated individually for each neighborhood based on its specific needs. The formula: total neighborhood expenses divided by the number of active neighbors = the neighborhood membership fee. The membership fee covers all of the neighborhood's current expenses as well as an additional amount gradually saved toward the neighborhood's future goals.
In case of non-payment, the neighbor's elevator access will be temporarily restricted and a 3₾ fine will be charged. This mechanism exists to ensure the neighborhood's shared expenses continue to be covered without interruption.
If your neighborhood doesn't yet have a building manager, you can easily change that using Citycom's elections feature. You and your neighbors can take part remotely in a transparent and objective election process. You'll receive a link via SMS with short information about each candidate, and you'll be able to vote on the spot with a single click.
You can choose the service provider you want for your neighborhood through the Citycom Services Marketplace, which lists information about up to 3,000 providers recommended by Citycom neighbors. Providers listed in the marketplace take full responsibility for their own work, as they operate independently from Citycom.
If you are not satisfied with your neighborhood's service provider, you can change them at any time — either on your own or with the help of our team. If you are a building manager, contact your neighborhood's personal manager. They will help you select the right provider for your community. If you are a neighbor, please contact your building manager about this matter.
